Coaching Services
Sometimes support doesn’t require long-term psychotherapy. Sometimes what’s needed is focus, clarity, new internal strategies, and a safe place to learn powerful tools that create meaningful change.
My coaching services are designed for individuals who:
- Prefer a shorter-term, solution-focused approach
- Are not located in a state where I hold a psychotherapy license
- Want to work on personal growth, relationship skills, emotional mastery, or behavior change without entering a clinical counseling framework
Coaching is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Instead, it is a collaborative growth process that helps you accelerate change, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward the life and relationships you want to build.
What Coaching Can Help With
Coaching may be a good fit if you want support with:
- Relationship communication and patterns
- Boundary setting and self-advocacy
- Reducing fears, phobias, and limiting responses
- Nervous system regulation and emotional grounding
- Changing unhelpful habits and thought patterns
- Expanding purpose, confidence, and life satisfaction
- Strengthening self-awareness and emotional presence
- Developing new internal responses to triggers or stress

What to Expect
Coaching sessions are:
- Collaborative
- Present-focused
- Results-driven
- Tailored to the pace that feels right for you
Many people experience meaningful shifts within just a few sessions. Sessions may occur weekly, bi-weekly, or as a short-term intensive depending on your preference and goals.
Important Distinction
Coaching is not psychotherapy and cannot treat or diagnose mental health conditions. If you are seeking treatment for trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, or other clinical concerns, psychotherapy may be more appropriate.
If you're unsure which service fits, I’m happy to help guide you.
Next Steps
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation. We’ll clarify your goals, discuss what working together might look like, and determine whether coaching is the right fit.
You don’t have to wait months or years to feel change.
Sometimes the right conversation, the right tools, and the right support can shift everything.
